Do pinkdaisykids.com prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices include VAT at the standard rate.

Which cards do you accept?

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, and Verve cards.

Is my information secure when using pinkdaisy.com website?

Yes. Our website uses much secured systems.

If I have a question regarding a product before I order, who can I contact?

Use the Contact Us form to send us a request for further information or help. Alternatively, if you will prefer to talk to us directly about an online order, please call us on 07055964698 or 08095941272. We are open Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm, Sundays 10am to 5pm.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

Yes, you will be contacted by our customer service team and you will be sent a detailed sales invoice via email.

Is a delivery/dispatch note included with my orders?

Yes, a delivery note will be sent to your email and a receipt is enclosed to all orders prior to delivery.

Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?

Yes, but you have to contact our customer care team.

Are there any extra charges regarding handling and packaging?

Yes, a packaging and handling charge per item contributes towards the extra cost involved in transporting them to you in perfect condition.

For items that need to be assembled, can I get any help?

Yes, but it’s only available in Port Harcourt now only at a small fee, we are currently working on getting our teams in other parts of the country. Please contact the customer care team regarding this.

Have you received my returned goods?

You’ll receive an email to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items via any of the PinkDaisy Kids Pick Up centres please Contact Us

Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers from a Pick Up centre when you contact us.

How long will my refund take to be processed?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (10 to 14 working days), but please note that the length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.

Why doesn’t my refund include my delivery charge?

We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge except in cases where the entire order was cancelled within 24hrs or the entire order was faulty.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can only cancel your order within 24hrs after your order has been placed online. After then payment will be taken out of your account.

What time does your customer care team operate and how can i get in touch?

You can contact our customer care team by email or phone. We are open from 8am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 5pm on Sundays.

2) By Telephone: Call us on 07055964698, calls are charged at national rate.

*Working days only, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays do not count as working days.

What delivery options do you offer?

We are pleased to announce that we offer Next Day, Named Day, Saturday and Standard delivery. We also offer a collect in store service in our store and our different Pick Up centres.

  • Next Day delivery is charged at N2,000 and is currently free (PHC only) on orders over N25,000 . Your order will need to be placed before 10am to guarantee delivery on the next working day. (Please Note: If your order has been placed after 4 P.M on a Friday or has been placed on a Saturday or Sunday - then your order will arrive on Tuesday)
  • Named Day delivery is charged at N1,500 and is currently free on orders over N10,000 (PHC only). Your order can be delivered on the day of your choice up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note Named Day delivery excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • Saturday delivery is charged at N1,500 and your order must be placed before midnight on the Wednesday of that week.
  • Standard delivery is charged at N1,000 and is currently free on orders over N10,000 (PHC only). We will deliver all stocked items within 4-5 working days(Monday to Friday) from the confirmation of the order via DHL

All of our deliveries are made Monday to Friday unless you choose our Saturday delivery option. Deliveries can be made between 7am and 7pm.

  • We offer a collect in store service from our Store; you can place an order on line or in store for delivery to your nearest Pick Up centre. When you collect your order, you will be asked for your order reference number. Please bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase, or the text or email sent confirming your order is now available for collection, when you collect your order. Otherwise, please make a note of your order details and order number and take them with you to the store.

What clothes will my newborn baby need?

Your newborn baby will need the following:

 * 6-8 sleep suits

* 6-8 bodysuits or vests

* 3 cardigans

* 2 cotton hats (indoor)

* 2 pairs of scratch mitts

* 1 blanket or shawl

* 6 baby bibs

* 2 pairs of outdoor mittens

* 1 hat for outdoors

NB: Please contact our customer service team for an extensive hospital list or pre-packed maternity bag option.

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

 Next Day delivery is charged at N2,000 and is currently free on orders over N25,000. Your order will need to be placed before 10am to guarantee delivery on the next working day. (Please Note: If your order has been placed after 4 P.M on a Friday or has been placed on a Saturday or Sunday - then your order will arrive on Tuesday)

 

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 07.00am and 07.00pm.

To select Next Day delivery, the 'confirm & submit your order' page of the checkout will give you the option of standard or Next Day delivery. Select the next day delivery button and submit your order.

Can I buy Gift Vouchers/Cards online?

Yes, we sell gift vouchers in 5 denominations of either, N5,000, N10,000, N15,000, N20,000 or N25,000. Gift vouchers are delivered within 4 working days.

At this moment they cannot be redeemed on-line (though we're working on this and hope to bring this to you shortly).

If you want to purchase an alternative denomination to the above, please contact the customer care team, who would be delighted to load a gift card with the value you require. It is valid for 6 months from the date from which it were purchased.

What happens if my card is lost, damaged or stolen?

Please take care of your gift card as we are unable to accept liability for lost; stolen or damaged gift cards.
